Indigenous People
I would like to make clear what I consider Indigenous People when I paint. I am referring to the Indigenous North, Central and South American people whose ancestors were here before immigrants arrived from the other continents.
You will see paintings of people from Guatemala, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, as well as people from our Native Southwest.
